It features very comfortable box-spring beds, a top-equipped open-plan kitchen, fast internet, and workspaces for home office use. Our newly renovated and lovingly furnished accommodation consists of 3 cozy bedrooms, a stylish living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom. With its 7 beds, it is ideal for families and travel groups, suitable for both short and long stays. The apartment is situated on the lively Kaiserstraße, right at the marketplace – it doesn’t get more central than this. It serves as the perfect starting point for strolling around the city or for all sightseeing activities. 3 box-spring beds (2 king-size beds, 1 single bed) and a large sofa bed ensure a restful sleep. One of the two large bedrooms includes a dedicated workspace, so you can also use the apartment as a home office. The second large bedroom features a lovingly furnished play area for the little ones. In the spacious open kitchen, you can prepare your favorite meals and enjoy the evening together at the large dining table with a glass of wine. The living room impresses with a 4-seater sofa, comfortable armchairs, a Samsung flat-screen TV with Waipu TV and Netflix, and a great reading corner. In the bathroom, you’ll find towels, shampoo, soap, conditioner, a hairdryer, and other useful amenities. The entire apartment is at your disposal. Additionally, we provide a parking permit for free parking in the Schlossplatz parking garage, about a 3-minute walk away. The accommodation is located on the 1rd floor (first floor above ground level) without an elevator.

The apartment cannot be accessed directly by car as it is located in the pedestrian zone. We provide a free parking permit for the Schlosspark parking garage, which is about a 3-minute walk away. Nearby are the Karlsruhe Kaiserstraße and Karlsruhe Marktplatz/Pyramide subway stations. The main train station is approximately 10 minutes away by subway, and the Karlsruhe Trade Fair can be reached in about 25 minutes.
