House Rules

These house rules are intended to make your stay as pleasant as possible. By following them, we ensure that all guests can continue to enjoy the accommodation and find a clean and well-maintained environment.

Please observe the following rules:

Registration requirement

In accordance with §§ 29 and 30 of the Registration Act (MG), we are required to keep a registration form for every overnight guest. By making a booking, you agree to complete the corresponding registration form during the online check-in.

Animals

Animals are not permitted. If an animal is nevertheless brought along, additional cleaning and disinfection costs starting from €30 per day will be charged. The guest is liable for any damage caused by animals.

Smoking

Smoking (tobacco, vape, joints) is not permitted in the apartment. In case of violation, an additional cleaning fee of €300 will be charged.

Cleaning

If the apartment is left in an exceptionally dirty condition, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee of €50. Check-out Check-out is no later than 10:00 a.m. A fee of €50 will be charged for late check-out. After more than 2 hours, the price of an additional night will be charged. If the late check-out causes additional costs (e.g. replacement accommodation for subsequent guests), these may be charged to the responsible guest.

Hair dyeing

Dyeing, tinting or bleaching hair in the accommodation is not permitted. In the event of damage, we reserve the right to charge cleaning, repair or replacement costs.

Occupancy

The maximum occupancy of the accommodation is 7 persons. Additional persons are not permitted as overnight guests.

Ventilation, heating and humidity

The accommodation must be ventilated and heated regularly and adequately. In particular, shock ventilation (opening windows fully) should be carried out 2–3 times daily, especially after showering or cooking and when several people are present. Permanently tilted windows do not replace proper ventilation. Excessive moisture must be avoided.

Notice regarding technical monitoring devices

A device is used in the accommodation that measures noise levels, temperature, humidity and smoke. The device does not record conversations and does not contain a camera. The measurements are used solely to protect the accommodation. Tampering with the measuring device constitutes a serious breach of obligations. In such a case, we reserve the right to terminate the accommodation contract without notice.

Liability

The guest is liable for all damages resulting from non-compliance with these house rules. This includes in particular damage caused by improper ventilation or heating, excessive moisture, mold formation, contamination, and any resulting consequential costs (e.g. special cleaning, repairs or loss of use).
