Check-in and Check-out:
- Check-in from 3:00 PM
- Check-out by 10:00 AM
During your stay:
- No pets
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- No parties or events
- No commercial photography
- No smoking inside the apartment
- Especially in winter: Regularly open the windows, at least for 5 minutes in the morning and for 5 minutes at night to guarantee periodic ventilation of the apartment.
Before / during your check-out:
- Please collect all used towels
- Please dispose of the trash
- Please switch off all appliances
- Please close all windows
- Please return the keys
- Please lock the door

Please take note of the following rules:In accordance with §§ 29 and 30 of the Registration Act (Meldegesetz, MG), we are required to collect a registration form from every guest staying with us. By booking, you agree to complete our online registration form before check-in. Pets: Pets are not allowed. If a pet is brought along, a fee of €30 per day will apply. Guests are fully liable for any damage caused by their animals. Smoking: Smoking (including tobacco, vapes, and joints) is not permitted inside the apartment. In case of violation, a €300 cleaning fee will be charged. Extra Cleaning: If the apartment is left excessively dirty, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee of €50. Late Check-out: Check-out is by 10:00 AM. A €50 fee applies if you remain in the apartment after the agreed check-out time. After two hours, the rate for an additional night will be charged. If your late departure makes it necessary to arrange alternative accommodation for incoming guests (e.g., hotel stays, transportation, or rebooking), we reserve the right to charge you for the resulting additional costs. Hair Dyeing or Bleaching: Out of respect to other guests and to avoid permanent damage to textiles, furniture, and bathroom fixtures, dyeing, toning, or bleaching hair inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. In case of any resulting stains or damage, we reserve the right to charge for cleaning, replacement, or repairs. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for the apartment is not to be excessed.
